I’ve been at this location multiple times and have never been treated this way. I will not ever get into her line again. Other employees are super friendly and helpful. The manager Angelica should take a cue from them.

I explain it's not a cable box, it's a wifi extender, she gets defensive and says this is what they computer is asking! I just left, went to the other side of town where I have UPS P.O Box and the employee there asks a couple questions and accepts equipment. This Stone Oak location store needs to train their employees better and not to have attitudes with customers. I was going to rent a P.O Box from that location but after this incident I don't want to deal with people like that.
