  I walked in planning to ship a few items to Canada and immediately lost a wrestling match with packing tape. After Ms. Tammie composed herself and caught her breath, she then stepped in like a packaging ninja, taped everything up and somehow shrank the box to half its size. I was witnessing magic right before my eyes. After her heroic efforts, she gently broke the news: shipping would be over $600 for three air filters and a laptop cushion. My soul briefly left my body. I didn’t end up shipping with UPS, but Ms. Tammie alone made the trip worth it. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d be in it.

  Terrible Low 1 star experience at UPS store at blanco and 1604 San Antonio Texas next to HEB: I went here to send a business proposal to a multi-billion dollars corporation, UPS got the order wrong and did not send package with "Recipient Signature to acknowledge receiving it", I was upset for days, they were not cool enough to offer getting it right the second time, they told me to not come back, I will not be doing business at this UPS location ever again and probably not ever do business with this UPS company as whole, I avoid any bad service Anywhere of any type, and UPS is 100% Confirmed, Verified Bad Service.

  Cassie and the staff are incredible. They can do it all in an efficient, fast, and professional manner. I stopped going to other businesses for copying, emailing, faxing, and scanning.
