When he called me up and I said I wanted to ship something, he told me they stop shipping services at 6:40 p.m. If that’s the store policy, I’d suggest updating the posted hours to reflect the actual cutoff time for shipping services, so customers aren’t caught off guard. Otherwise, the staff have usually been helpful and professional.
