Both times I was told I needed to have a box/package for items that were already in boxes (plain exterior, no company or product logos), or items couldn't be in the Amazon package I received them in. Drove the 10 or so minutes up to the UPS Store in Leon Springs and made both returns in under 5 minutes with zero packaging issues.
