  Hours listed are wrong — says 6:30 PM, but they actually close at 5. At a convention center, you’d expect extended hours to accommodate traffic from events. Closing at 5 PM, especially during a major convention, is baffling. Plenty of vendors (myself included) were ready to ship, only to find the doors locked. I saw at least 15 people turned away. Ended up dragging 25lb boxes across the center to FedEx — who was open, ready, and more than happy to take the business. Score: FedEx 1, UPS 0.

  This assistant manager ( Rufus)has no love at all for this job. Slow, no smile, no thank you, nothing! Charged me an ridiculous price ( over $100)to ship 3 really small boxes. I had 2 big boxes at a different location and it was half this price. He can’t or refuse to answer any questions or solve any issues. UPS you gotta do better!

  Store was closed at 5:30pm yesterday Oct 10th -2018 , when regular hours stated 6:30pm is closing time, so I walked 30min for nothing and had to wait 1 more day to get my prints that were already printed and ready, next day I returned just to find a very unfriendly african american guy that just gave my prints and seemed that he was in a rush to go back to the back of the store, I stopped him to ask if they do Binding for my prints wich he replied that they don't have the machine at the moment , and his attitude was like annoyed and I don't know why, I didn't do anything to him, and once I exit the door he said something that I couldn't understand, maybe some bad words or cursing becase his expression and body language was telling me everything already, I really can't understand his attitude. The day before a guy in Henry B. Gonzalez convention center told me to never choose this site as my prefered store because hours are just nor right, they will close and open whenever they want and I think that is true, he recommend another ups nearby or fedex in the hotel next door and I think I will take his advice, I will never do bussines at this place in my life not only because it's hours that are not reliable but the awful costumer service and attitude, I didn't turn back when he said what he said because my husband was there but I still wanted to know what did he slurred when we left.
