- EHEric HillJun 4, 20251.0Hours listed are wrong — says 6:30 PM, but they actually close at 5. At a convention center, you’d expect extended hours to accommodate traffic from events. Closing at 5 PM, especially during a major convention, is baffling. Plenty of vendors (myself included) were ready to ship, only to find the doors locked. I saw at least 15 people turned away. Ended up dragging 25lb boxes across the center to FedEx — who was open, ready, and more than happy to take the business. Score: FedEx 1, UPS 0.

The other two employees, manager Renae and helper Joel were super helpful but unfortunately CJ left such a poor taste in my mouth. Our organization has been hosting a conference here all week and have most of the place booked. CJ has been the only unpleasant person we’ve interacted with.
