    Dear Store Owner, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have repeatedly experienced at your USP Store location, specifically involving the store manager, Velma, and an employee named Pedro. During multiple visits, I have consistently encountered an unwelcoming and unprofessional environment. Staff members appeared disengaged, unapproachable, and displayed little to no courtesy or willingness to assist customers. On a prior visit, my document was reviewed, approved, and signed off by Manager Velma. I was stamped with approval, and I have documentation to support this, which I am prepared to attach to this email if needed. On a subsequent visit, I returned only because the City of SA required a correction—my full name, including my middle name, needed to be included. Despite this being a reasonable clarification, I was met with significant attitude and dismissive behavior. I was told that I should not have signed the document, which directly contradicted my previous visit when the document was approved and signed under management supervision. Instead of calmly explaining the issue, both Velma and Pedro spoke to me in a condescending manner and implied that I was at fault. I was also told they had previously “gotten in trouble” for handling documents this way, which only added to the confusion, as this was not my error. I was simply seeking clarification on a process that your staff initially approved. At no point did I behave disrespectfully or warrant such treatment. A lack of empathy, patience, and basic customer service was evident throughout the interaction. Given that your staff are licensed notary professionals, it is concerning that procedures were not handled consistently or clearly explained. When mistakes or miscommunication occur internally, customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or blamed for them. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly encourage you to address staff professionalism, customer service standards, and procedural training at this location. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope it leads to meaningful improvements for future customers.     I was able to complete a quick Amazon return just by using the return prompt machine next to the register and print a receipt with the help of the UPS assistant. Thank you for the assistance and trying to get us in and out in a timely matter. Looking forward to working with you all again.
