For the first two items, I was told I needed a packing bag, so I purchased two bags and completed those returns. When I tried to return my third item, I already had the original box and the return instructions clearly stated that I only needed the box and the QR code on my phone. However, the staff member insisted again that I needed a “proper package,” even though I already had the required box and bag. Because of this, I decided not to return the item there. I then took the same box to your Heebner location, and they accepted the return immediately without any issue. This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. Every time I come here, there are unnecessary requirements and inconsistent information. It feels unfair and misleading to customers.
