You call the number listed on Google and they NEVER pick up, the clerk will give you some BS for not being there during business hours and has a bad attitude: Will make you feel its YOUR fault you came during business hours and she happens to be away "helping hotel customers" as she told the previous reviewer... yeah right, that's why no one picks up the phone... EVER always away from the office "helping guests" total BS. Safe yourself from a bad experience and go to "traditional" AKA decent and professional UPS store, like UTSA, The Rim or De Zavala. I am even sure the clerk or owner will have some sassy reply to this review as she did with someone else, justifying unprofessional behavior. DO NOT COME HERE
