- JMJessica “Niki” MoyerDec 23, 20251.0I came to this store on 12/23 at 3:15 pm. The guy wouldn't take my government ID with my photo. He wouldn't help me until I showed him my driver's license. I went back to my car to get it. When I came back, he spent at least 5 minutes looking for my package. As I was leaving, I turned around and saw my package right behind the counter on the floor. I clearly saw my name on the box. The guy working there was on the phone, I guess with a manager, and he said he found my package. He didn't find my package, I found my own package. If this guy's capacity is this low he needs to work fast food not a mailing service.
