The owner, John has been horribly rude to others in this store before and I kinda shrugged it off thinking he must just have a lot of bad days. Today, he finally helped me after he sat in the back watching me for a moment and decided to take his time to come over. I had an easy Amazon order to return. Never had any issues before at any other store with Amazon returns, but today John says that it shows customer packed which I had the box and everything. It just wasn’t taped. He said I’ll do it for a dollar and I clearly asked if it was a joke. He said no. I left knowing for certain; that man has zero compassion for his customers and never will. I will most definitely never return to this location. I’ll pray for you John, I hope things get better.
