There is a young man that works there named Victor who seems to be incompetent. He gave me a hard time to get a notary done because he does not know how to read documents that he is notarizing. Inconvenienced me for sending a document because of his negligence. Please train your employees!!!

recently went into the store to drop off some packages, when i walked in no greeting, was just stared at, wasn’t told where to go, so i just went to a register, while waiting the young black gentleman & young white lady with glasses didn’t say anything to me, when i was at the counter he didn’t bother to ask what i needed help with, just stood there silently, with an impatient attitude, rolling his eyes, rude customer service, and makes me not want to go to this potranco location specifically, i know it is hard times, and people want to get off of work but a little good customer service and kindness and talking to a person would be great.

I recently visited this UPS Store to return a package for my mom. I admit I wasn’t very familiar with the return process since I didn’t make the original purchase, so I was trying to make sure everything was handled correctly for her refund. Unfortunately, the associate who helped me seemed a bit rushed and didn’t really take the time to explain the steps.
I understand things can get busy, but in this case, there was only one other person waiting in line. The way the transaction was handled made me feel a little pressured and confused, even though I was just trying to understand and make sure everything was done right.
I don’t think the employee was intentionally being rude — she even said she wasn’t trying to be difficult — but the tone and pace of the interaction came across as impatient. A little more patience and clear communication would have gone a long way.
Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the customer experience for people who might not be as familiar with the return process.
