This water cooler is important to my shop because we work in the Texas heat and water is vital. I called numerous times to get them to fix it. when I called they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for the next delivery schedule for them to look at it which was a month away. Then once I was on the schedule they kept pushing my delivery date back (5X). And guess what they still want me to pay for a service that we never got to use. Do not use this service!

Every single delivery has been rescheduled multiple times over several weeks. Despite numerous calls and repeated reassurances that the issue would be resolved, the problems continued. After months of frustration trying to get water delivered, I finally cancelled the service — yet even the equipment pickup keeps getting rescheduled. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a water delivery service, and I would not recommend it to anyone
