Opened account with owner acknowledgement, the account was under an unknown name, delivery leaves everything outside even when someone is in the office, missing items when delivered. I would not recommend, 78238 area.

I am not one to leave reviews but I am so baffled by the poor level of service I want to warn others.
If I could give a 1/2 star I would.
I was using Ready Fresh as my water delivery provider, they were great never had issues. They soon merged with Primo Water and everything went down hill from there.
Never got consistent deliveries was told it was going to be delivered on xxx date by xxx time. Then nothing no cancellations no information on when my water I already paid for would be delivered it was frustrating. Then my dates would get moved because there was not enough ppl in my area ordering water.
At first they apologized because they merged and they were trying to figure it out. Then it was well we don’t know how many drivers we will have then they blamed it on me having an old credit card listed on the account though a new card was listed and made as primary (there was no way to remove the old card from the app).
Called spoke to multiple ppl on the phone and over chat. The once local service was outsourced.
Prices for water and deliver also went up.

I do not recommend getting this water delivery service. My water cooler stopped working the next day I got it. This water cooler is important to my shop because we work in the Texas heat and water is vital. I called numerous times to get them to fix it. when I called they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for the next delivery schedule for them to look at it which was a month away. Then once I was on the schedule they kept pushing my delivery date back (5X). And guess what they still want me to pay for a service that we never got to use. Do not use this service!

The one star is because there’s nothing lower. It has been a nightmare dealing with deliveries over the past six months. Every single delivery has been rescheduled multiple times over several weeks. Despite numerous calls and repeated reassurances that the issue would be resolved, the problems continued. After months of frustration trying to get water delivered, I finally cancelled the service — yet even the equipment pickup keeps getting rescheduled. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a water delivery service, and I would not recommend it to anyone
