Maybe time for change in ownership at this office. Jobs obtained through a staffing agency often come with significant drawbacks. You are better off finding positions on your own. Staffing agencies typically charge employers extra fees to hire you, which will restrict your ability to negotiate your salary. Always ask your Recruiter for their personal resume (Did they pass a Background Check?). Also is there some personnel in this office with questionable history?
