  The doors are locked, nobody answers the phone, and the mailbox is full and not accepting messages. What a waste of time.

  Amanda called me and made an appt for an interview the next day at 4pm. I drove all the way from the SE side (about 30 min) & showed up 15 minutes early. The door was locked so I knocked. No answer. I called the number she had called me from AND the number on the door. No answer (her voice-mail was full so I couldn't leave a message.) So I waited outside. Some guy came to the door at 3:58 & informed me that Amanda had left for the day. I get a text from someone at 4:02 saying I need to contact Amanda tomorrow to reschedule. Really? And exactly why would I do that? You would think a "professional" would contact me BEFORE the interview time to reschedule. Maybe that's delusional thinking on my part.

  I came here because I received a call from a recruiter who saw my resume online and told me he had some promising positions. Everything in the initial interview sounded great, there was clear communication, I was certain that this recruiter would take care of me. He told me he would call me within a couple days and tell me where to report. That was 8 days ago and I have not received a single phone call since. I can handle a "no" if I'm not the right fit. What I can't stand is the lack of communication. Very disappointed.
