- NDNicole DardenJun 22, 20191.0Horrible slackers there supposed to be open and no how to multitask but instead the keep the voice mail on and makes it very hard to get in contact with someone very very unorganized if the excuse is that they are under staffed then they should get on that ASAP b/c this is ridiculous I should never have to call so many times and still not speak to a representative like what are y'all doing at work sheesh makes it hard to get anything done it's very unsettling!

If you do have to go this route, avoid Jessica at all costs. Her inability and incompetence would be laughable if she hadn’t personally “stolen” over $500 away from our children. BEWARE!!!
