- TGttj greenNov 20, 20231.0Mailbox-U haul rental business, this is the worst business to rent a mailbox from. The lady that works there comes and leaves whenever she wants and CLOSES the store to run errands and pickup her kids from school. When you walk in the place smells like diaper. This business was closed for a week and could not get any mail. Amazon, FedEx, Ups, have a hard time delivering because she opens late and leaves early. The business is very unprofessional.

After wrapping my package, she told me that I should pay for the adhesive tape (which is not for payment, it is because she had to tell me before doing so). I felt distrust when leaving my package. I do not say that they took away her job, but she urgently needs to pay attention to the public. I couldn't give her 0 because the app doesn't allow me to, but she definitely deserves it. She must change her attitude.
