Its clean and right off of the highway. The customer service was excellent. Tristian the guest service gentleman was very nice and welcoming. Answering all of my questions.

The food was fairly standard Holiday Inn fare—nothing fancy—but the freshly ground coffee machine was a standout and truly made my mornings. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Der Aufzug war fast 2 Tage lang erheblich verschmutzt, ebenso fanden wir im Zimmer eine ekelhafte Fernbedienung vor. Im Badezimmer gab es auch Auffälligkeiten. Alle Dinge sind den Bildern zu entnehmen. Weiterhin ist es das für mich erste IHG, in welchem man keinen Wasserspender hat. Es gab den ganzen Aufenthalt auch nur entkoffeinierten Schwarztee. Im zuvor besuchten Avid Hotel (IHG) gab es im Vergleich eine große Auswahl und alles super. Also schade, dass es keinen einheitlichen Standard bei IHG gibt. Dieses Holiday Inn Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Bei einer Zufriedenheitsfrage via Smart-TV habe ich Unzufriedenheit abgegeben, es kam während des Aufenthaltes aber auch kein Feedback durch die Mitarbeiter dazu.

Hotels.com has inaccurate pictures of the property. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was generally clean, but I did notice mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The location near I-10 made it convenient for travel, though the traffic noise was quite noticeable throughout the night, making sleep difficult. I was too tired to head down to the front desk to inquire about earplugs, so I suggest doing that upon check-in if you are a light sleeper.
