Delivery driver failed to do their job and said they couldn't deliver it. Rescheduled for today, the driver lied again and lied to the property manager about needing to get into the complex and said they didn't need to deliver anything today.

Mind you it was showing that it had arrived in San Antonio 3 days PRIOR, but it was "delayed". The package NEVER moved- I had to call and chase it down - so, then i received a call from Erik telling me that the carrier had, had an "error" trying to deliver it , and that the error was now "fixed" so they could deliver it the following day; basically 5 days late. - on their delivery tracker, the packaged showed that it NEVER left their facilities in San Antonio; no wonder the carrier had "errors". -the package kept dancing from "arrived in san Antonio-" but it never moved or was updated to "out for delivery"- There was no attempt at delivering it or an "error".. the package NEVER left their facility, aka "error"... but he did offer for me to pick it up at this location, from Boerne TX. - 1.5hr roundtrip. cmon.. the LIES
