- DSDaron SheffieldMay 29, 20251.0The woman who was working the desk, I want to say her name was Autumn, was rude when I attempted to make a return. I understand I needed a box, and the prepaid label was all that was prepaid, but when I asked how much a box and told her the item (a sleeping bag in a bag) condensed small, was she cut me off mid sentence and passive aggressively told me “I know I already am looking.” She proceeded to then explain with an attitude that it would cost $8 for the labor and tape for one box for a 1lb material item. Not returning to this location.
