- JHJae HanDec 1, 20255.0Sherly is probably the best customer service rep that I've ever worked with from any type of businesses that I've ever dealt with probably at least 5 year time period from today (Nov. 2025). I was charged by Google Fiber for not returning their equipment and the return was made about a month ago. I lost my receipt that had the tracking number and Google required me to provide the tracking number for the refund. I had very small leads for her to work on and she worked about 50 minutes on the phone to find the tracking number for me. She wasn't frustrated or mad anything and she was kind the whole time. The tracking number worked and I got the refund from Google. I don't know how this place has the rating of 3.8 but if you ever have any customer service related issues, I highly recommend you to work with Sheryl. Thumbs up!

It’s awesome when it’s working. It’s a freaking BUMMER when the machine is down and you have to wait in a line that is 5 people deep because only one person is working the register. Like I said, it’s great when the self-service machine is working.
