Ive been to a lot of Fed exes and this one is exeptionally bad. Even bad for a hotel fedex. I walked in to mail a package with a prepaid label . The girl working there was laminating something and completely ignored me for 10 min and said someone will be with you soon. 30 minutes later another gentleman comes in and doesn't know how to work the computers. Apparently, the girl ignoring me was the manager after I get all the packages set they tell me after that there's a $10 handling fee per box. Not before. And because they don't know how to work the computers they have to separate each charge individually.

The young lady at the front is kind and helpful. However I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you want to be hit with really expensive handling and “convenience “ fee! This location is inside the Hyatt hotel and you already know you will pay like is a corner store , ha !

Shipment required a signature. I requested the day off on a Monday because it was an important(and expensive) package. I had a delivery truck come by at 1 pm, the guy made sure my address was correct then spent 10 mins in his truck. He came out to tell me my package wasn’t in his truck for some reason and that sometimes his boss moved packages to other trucks. He told me I should still get my package at the end of the day and said if it “popped up” in his truck later he would be back. At 5:30 I called and the rep told me it was waiting to be put in a truck and would be there by 8 pm. I joined my neighbor outside in the porch until 8 pm and NOTHING. I called and heard that they “attempted” to deliver my package at 6:15. Again, I WAS OUTSIDE. That is utter bs. I called again and the rep told me I would be getting a call from the warehouse within a couple of minutes so I could speak to someone there and get an explanation.45 mins later nothing. Spoke to another rep so now on top of wasting an entire day I will have to go pick up the package at this location because I will be at work during delivery hours and this package needs a signature.

Their policy of charging high storage fees based on #days and weight is unjustified. Even sending it by FedEx to this location will result in a storage fee when you go to pick it up. I paid $50 to pick up two boxes that had sit in a closet somewhere over a holiday weekend! I should have sent it to the UPS Store down the street where the fee would have been about $5.
