I stopped by to ship Christmas presents to multiple people and after I left I couldn’t find my sister’s Christmas card (w/ a gift card in it) and just when I decided to accept that it was lost I received a phone call from FedEx, they had found it and the manager researched my information to call me. The fact that they did that during crazy busy Christmas season is a kindness I just wouldn’t expect from people these days. It made me feel better about people in general.
