FedEx MX said it was illegal to cross, I went back to talk to the person in charge and she didn’t know what she was doing, the solution she gave me was to call customer service as they do not know anything. Why do they have people here without knowing what they can ship? Are they properly trained to perform this work? Or why I wasn’t told it was illegal? Now FedEx Mx wants me to pay something that it was t my fault and FedEx US does not want to help me.

Mike (delivery driver) was at the store for pickups and gladly stopped and unloaded the packages for me. Thanks Mike. Krystal was very curtious, helpful and helped me save money on my shipment. Thanks Krystal. Definitely recommend this FedEx store.
