His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in a stressful situation. Thanks to Rudy’s efforts, everything was handled seamlessly. But… Avoid anyway if possible: (1) Rates are more than 2x those of typical locations, as this location is captive to the resort (example: $1.69 per copy here vs $0.75 at a typical location); (2) to get any type of refund, customer needs to give all kinds of personal information per “FedEx policy”. Unfortunately, I won’t do business with FedEx from this point forward.
