- MEMeaningless EndeavorsSep 18, 20251.0I ordered a product from Indonesia, it was shipped via DHL. DHL invoiced me and I paid a duty on this parcel. The packaged was never delivered. When I telephoned DHL I was told by their automated system the package was delivered and that I signed for it which is a lie. Their system would not transfer me to a human. I will never use DHL. I will never purchase a product that must be delivered by DHL. To put it bluntly, DHL is a terrible delivery company.

I’ve had to purchase packing tape in the past at USPS because they won’t do things like that for customers so I was expecting a similar experience but no, this was a full service one stop shop for handling everything and Brandon was so knowledgeable and helpful. This experience was such a surprise, it was like a breath of fresh air to have customer service like this. Highly recommend!
