    We had several items to ship out and I had several questions. The person helping us, JusticeTrevino, was so patient and thorough. He was able to explain what could and could not be shipped out due to country regulations and he offered suggestions. He provided great customer service which is hard to find these days. I appreciated his patience!

    We had an enormous shipping project, Kevin literally worked overtime, nights and weekends, to get our shipment ready so it would pass through customs and get to us timely. We tend to complain that customer service isn't what it used to be, I have to say that in this case customer service was over the top and excellent! A huge thank you to Kevin and his crew for all their hard work.
