Customer service here was demeaning as hell. I’m not usually one to complain, but when asking questions about the system i kept getting the same answer over and over. Instead of saying yes or no, the man at the desk just shrugged and repeated himself over and over. Tried to call in order to recover a package, no one answered multiple times. They sent my package back despite the tracking saying it would be sent out again the next day if they could verify the address. So I tried to show up in person to make sure I could help/get my package and it was essentially just “oh too bad you didn’t show up in time.” They also started talking smack about me before I was even out of the door.

I went to check my mailbox today and I was rudely and abruptly stopped by a short white women and blocked from going into the mailbox. The gentleman I always see who is Brentwood’s postal officer was there and he was polite. What ever woman was with him doing the counting on the clipboard needs some training in customer service and communication.
