    I needed to get one document notarized and waited in line. At my turn, I was told that they would service people with packages before notary customers. After 5 more people went in front of me and I began questioning their policy, I finally was waited on. I notarized about 25 documents a year at UPS Store, but from now on, I will go else where.

    I would give ZERO .... next time I will use shipping point... I spent $671 to ship PC tower to my son stationed in Alaska. I specifically asked if my package was going to make it out on Friday and I was ASSURED that yes it would. It was EXTREMELY important that it was delivered by the following Friday because my son would be training in the field for weeks and I didn't want his 3k PC left out unattended for weeks... I've been trying to track it and my tracking number was showing invalid. When I called today I was told there was a new tracking because it wasn't shipped until MONDAY.... I would have waited to ship but I was ASSURED it was going out Friday. NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE US UPS EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS
