I specifically asked if my package was going to make it out on Friday and I was ASSURED that yes it would. It was EXTREMELY important that it was delivered by the following Friday because my son would be training in the field for weeks and I didn't want his 3k PC left out unattended for weeks... I've been trying to track it and my tracking number was showing invalid. When I called today I was told there was a new tracking because it wasn't shipped until MONDAY.... I would have waited to ship but I was ASSURED it was going out Friday. NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE US UPS EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS

- JPJudy PotterNov 12, 20251.0I had boxes coming from prime and the UPS delivery man set them in the driveway these were two big boxes and two smaller boxes Mark heavy all over the big boxes. I am 75 disabled woman I had to get out there with my two little grandsons and try and get those boxes out of the Sun and into the house. There is no sense in the delivery driver being so lazy that he can't bring them up to the door at least. After moving them I ended up in bed not able to walk.

He took my phone, sent the label to his computer, and then charged me $4 per page without telling me there would be a fee. I would have been happy to pay if I had been informed, but otherwise, I would have gone home to print it myself. My package was only $6, so it feels unreasonable to be charged this way without my consent.
