Leaving shipments that cost $700-$1000 sitting on the sidewalk, hours before business hours, where anyone could take them easily. While you can see the big sign on my door requesting NO PACKAGE DELIVERY OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS. Shipments so expensive should require a signature. This is a regular occurrence by the way. I have attempted to call customer service but the automated system isnt very facilitating.

Got the email our document was ready on our way here. Get to the building and they are closed because of an A/C outage. It sure would have been nice to know they were closing early. Now we are here at Office Depot having to pay again to have it printed again.
