- RHRita HolmanSep 9, 20252.0Rude service from one employee, every visit. Every time I’ve dropped off returns here, I’ve had the same rude experience with one employee (red hair, glasses). She refuses to greet me, won’t respond when I greet her, and hands me my receipt without saying a single word. I even have to be the one to say “have a good day” as I’m leaving, and she doesn’t bother to reply. It’s unbelievable how unfriendly she is, especially when everyone else in this town is kind and welcoming. Very disappointing. I’m aware that I don’t know what people have going on in their lives but coming to work with this type of negative/ bitter mindset when dealing with people all day is unacceptable.
