  They are very fast with serving you. Even when it gets extremely busy, they usually have two or three people working so it doesn’t take long. They are very helpful when you have questions, they’re very thorough. They are very close to my house so when I return something from Amazon, it’s very easy. I enjoy how friendly they are.

  Most of the people here are very nice, but I think one guy needs to be retrained on what store hours means as well as empathy. I don’t know his name because he wouldn’t open the door during the freezing ice weather while UPS was there at 6:26pm.. they close at 6:30pm, I had one Amazon return that was ready to go minus a label. This kid was extremely young, I would be surprised if he was older than 20, not very tall, thinner with dark hair. Maybe latino/hispanic? Had AirPods in and a sour look on his face. I drove to The UPS Store during the freeze after I had chipped away at my pile of frozen solid snow/ice for roughly 3 hours. I was exhausted and had to still make it in time in the ice. I had BARELY made it, the open sign was still lit, I walked up after nearly slipping on the sidewalk at 6:26pm and the kid just looked at me and shook his head with an annoyed expression while guarding the door as if his job depended on it during UPS truck’s pick-up. For the record, he kept that open sign on the ENTIRE night when I had driven by to grab food. I have never had a horrible experience at this store, and now I try to avoid it as much as possible due to this kid’s attitude. Who knows how often he is there, but I would rather go to the alliance location even though I live 8 minutes away from here. That was disrespectful regardless of the scenario, but it added on that it was such a hassle to get here altogether in that horrible weather.

  I’ve been to several UPS stores for printing services and always get asked if I want black and white or a color copy. These clowns didn’t ask and printed a color copy, which costs extra. I called them to complain, and was not given an apology, but asked if I want a black and white copy.
