But I had my label prepaid and taped all I had to do was pass him the package rather than him slamming the door closed in my face when I was trying to tell him I had the flu for Christmas and was just trying to get my nieces and nephews xmas gifts out in the mail. I come to this location often and have never had a problem with anyone until today.

I used them to ship a package on October 1st, paid extra because my package was oversized (not a big deal),it was expected to be delivered the next day but they still managed to lose it. I couldn't track it. The following week, I went to the store to make a complain and spoke to Logan the store manager and he said " I promise you 110% it's at our warehouse facility in Haslet, I will call them and will give you an update in 2 business days". Guess what? Zero updates. I had to contact them first 5 days later and all i got was "we don't know, maybe ask for help online". Then 2 weeks later, I received a $100 check in the mail that's not even worth half of the value of what's in my package. What a big joke. I contacted online support and spoke to at least 4 agents that didn't know anything at all, they kept telling me to go to the store and speak to them. They wanted me to go back to the store that gave me a false promise and knew nothing about what happened to my package. No matter where I go, noone knows anything. I just don't understand how could someone possibly lose an oversize package? These people don't know how to value the trust their customers give them for their service. I wish I could give zero stars because you don't deserve a good review for your poor service. I suggest use FedEx or USPS. These UPS stores are horrible.
