Was told I could email my files again to a different email in the store -- I don't have the files on my phone, they're on my computer. Complete waste of time and zero indication of the maintenence.

So, I went to FedEx to use their computer to complete and print forms that I need to acquire my passport. Upon my arrival, I explained to the employee what I needed and asked her to check the ink level on the printer because the government will not accept the application with any issues. I even showed her the required settings, etc., on the website. The employee did not check the printer, stating that she knows that it is fine because it hasn’t been used. Her demeanor DID NOT come across as wanting to assist me, at all, even though I was the only customer in the store! I had to force the issue. Finally, I completed my application and set it to print. The printer printed with a yellow line through each page. She actually handed the 6 page document to me expecting me to take it and move on. I then told her that the documents were unacceptable and needed to be reprinted. Keep in mind, I’m paying for all of this by the second. She tried printing my documents again and they were good. I told her to refund me for the first set. She took 10 more minutes to get that done because she didn’t know how. Her name is Renee, and she is the STORE MANAGER. FedEx....DO BETTER!
