I asked them to put tape on that package as I was afraid it wouldn't stay closed. The woman behind the desk told me I had to buy tape. I requested she give me the package and label back so that I could go tape it and mail later. She refused to give the package back. Said she had accepted it and the package AND label were now hers. This is BS. Had a snotty little smirk on her face the whole time. Terrible service.

Depends who is there. There's one lady that absolutely hates her job. I don't even think she knows how to smile. Everyone else is pretty pleasant except for the one lady. I told her to have a nice day and she made a grunt sound lol

I came here to mail a package and was clear that I needed it delivered by a specific date. I was told priority would be the best option and the charge was $16. This seemed a bit excessive considering the package weight was only 1.2 pounds. After paying, the item ended up being delivered several days late and past the timeframe I needed it there. After inquiring with the station, they offered zero help and I couldn’t even get a call back from the head manager, as requested. Overall, this location is awful and the management seems incompetent in being able to effectively train staff on any level of customer service. I’d rather drive further away to use a different branch for any postage needs in the future.
