- RMRaeDeen Mosley-GladdenDec 16, 20252.0I dont get my packages when they show they're delivered, & then they don't even put them in a locker, so I can pick them up even if they're closed. I got there today when there was one indov. still inindividual being waited on. I has a card to pick up my pkgs & they said they were closed! I admit that I lost my patience, was wrong for that,& apologize BC typically the clerks are very kind & helpful! I had a Migraine, but made trip to get my Christmas packages that I NEEDED for tmmr! Please put my packages in a lock box. Also, last pkg put in my box wouldn't come out. Below is a pic of what I had to do to it in order to get it out this past weekend. 🙄 The holidays are stressful enough without inconsiderate people! But, I still wish Royse City USPS employees a MerryChristmas!
- SSsaby sulcaSep 26, 20251.0The person was not helpful or informative at all..I explained to her fist time sending ,bc in other us is different, their service is amazing,but not here..People if you send anything in 5his office make sure you bring your own envelope, tape bc they will charge you..So please don't come unprepared. Terrible service
- JWJohn WilliamsSep 18, 20251.0I asked them to put tape on that package as I was afraid it wouldn't stay closed. The woman behind the desk told me I had to buy tape. I requested she give me the package and label back so that I could go tape it and mail later. She refused to give the package back. Said she had accepted it and the package AND label were now hers. This is BS. Had a snotty little smirk on her face the whole time. Terrible service.
