  The UPS store on Lakeview Parkway in Raleigh is the most efficient store in the DFW area. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and very professional. There is seldom in a wait time in line for customer service help. This is a very good store!

  The people at the UPS store in Rowlett are really good at their jobs, especially Christopher and Vaughn. I’ve had a few packages stolen at my home address so I have them shipped to their store, regularly and during busy hours, they work very efficiently and are very kind to everyone, Everytime. It’s tough to find good customer service and they all do it very well and I appreciate them, immensely 💯

  Just dropped off a package. There were 3 guys who work there standing at the counter. No one was in front of me, none of the guys were helping other customers. One guy used the scanner to show me to place my package on the scale, scanned my package then handed me a receipt. Not one word was said to me. Zero customer service!

  This is my favorite place to go for shipping, scanning, copying, and other business and personal needs. They are always kind and caring, and the parking is easy and safe. I drive further to this UPS store even though there is another one closer to my house.

  Eric is always so professional and helpful when I go in to this location in Rowlett tx. I been going for years and every since Eric has been there, he has always been so nice and has exceptional customer service.
