- AVAlexander J. VernerMar 23, 20261.0Tried dropping off our Spectrum equipment, as we've done the past 4 times with FedEx. This is the only location we found that Absolutely Will Not accept Spectrum returns. The frustration the employee expressed towards the process was palpable.

I showed her my receipt as well, showing it was under my card. Terrible customer service. Don’t go here, you’re better off at a different location.

He did not, I had to call back, still no estimate was ready, again he said he would call me back. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m still waiting for a call back.
