I have it set up to where I get emailed what mail is arriving that day…there’s so many days that there’s nothing in my mailbox that we either never get or comes days later even though the email shows that particular day!

RUDE RUDE RUDE…and oh yeah did I mention, RUDE. No one told you to work the post office, no one told you to take a government job. The lady at the front immediately wanted to come in hot when “helping” me. There was some confusion on what was needed for a first time passport and all I stated was “that’s not indicated anywhere online” to which she responded, “I don’t make the rules.” For staters I never said you did, and whatever pissed you off that early in the morning is not my fault. I will NEVER be returning here, which means less work and effort for them to do, so that should make them happy since getting paid to not work seems to be the goal.

I had a package marked delivered on Saturday but I did not get it. Hoped it would show up Monday but it didn't. I was able to ask the carrier and she reported to her supervisor right away. Her supervisor was able to pull up a picture using the tracking number and noted the sender had written the wrong house number! The carrier was able to collect the package and delivered it to me the same day! I just have to say great teamwork and thank you to Kit and Amber! You ladies are Awesome!

If I could give a zero I would. They are the rudest and most unhelpful people on the planet. They should all have additional training on how to interact with people. The Rowlett location is the WORST.
