These weren’t light packages either—they were book boxes, and each one had some weight to it. Not once did Jen complain or act bothered. Instead, she stayed cheerful and made it feel like we weren’t a hassle at all. That kind of attitude says a lot about someone’s dedication to their work and how much they value their customers. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by helping us put the labels on the boxes. It’s the small details like that which create a lasting impression.
