- BBBarbara Baganz6 days ago1.0They put the key in the wrong box which had six of my items in it. No apologies. They just said I’d have to contact the sellers. All my shipping tracking showed delivery, so I can’t get my refunds. No one seems to care about the money I lost and the items I lost. An employee accused me of telling half the story when I went online just to ask whomever got it to return it. She made me feel like I did something wrong.

Hannah truly went above and beyond to help me track down a package that the delivery service failed to scan upon drop-off. She personally ensured it was delivered and even contacted the business it was delivered to in order to confirm receipt. I had sold an item on Poshmark and was extremely worried it had been lost, but thankfully the business did receive it. Hannah took care of everything from start to finish, and I am incredibly grateful for her help.❤️
