  This place is the worst. There is no proper signage directing customers or informing new customers how this store works. I dropped off a package here & it ended up at USPS. Apparently the drop off box ON THE MAIN COUNTER isn’t UPS it’s USPS so my package was lost & never recovered. Previously I came here & stood in line & a lady skipped the line so I informed the desk person that I was next because he didn’t bother to let me know what was happening after I’d waited in like for like 15 minutes. Apparently they allow P.O. Box people to skip the line & instead of him saying I’ll be right with you or something ANYTHING to make things clear or even just placing a sign to say which line goes where so new customers don’t get confused he just waved her up & when I said something the lady got mad & “informed” me as if she owned the store & the attendant didn’t apologize or even try I had to let her know that informing me was HIS job not hers. This customer service here is very low effort & I’m surprised it currently has 4 stars.

  UPS makes printing and shipping incredibly easy! My home printer never matches the quality they provide, so I’m always happy to rely on them for documents that need to look their best. The staff is fantastic—whenever I have trouble resizing something, they are patient and always ready to help. Returning Amazon items is quick and completely hassle-free, and when I need to ship a package, they go above and beyond to find the best price and delivery timing. Friendly, efficient, and super convenient—highly recommend!

  Same experience as Gio in previous review! Good Customer Service is something from the past! This guy acted like he was too good to say hi!! I was talking, he ignored me, no expression on his face. I even said thanks, nothing, so I turned as I was leaving said THANK YOU - he just nodded🙄🙄 What’s so hard about being polite!?!
