Multiple packages have gone missing despite the system claiming to have been "delivered." We have filed reports on these packages only to get no information back and it has been becoming increasingly frustrating. The final straw was this morning when I saw the courier put away the mail for my complex. Thirty minutes later when I had gone to pick up my mail, there had been multiple resident's mailboxes left wide open, including mine. This is unacceptable as many potentially important/confidential packages or letters are left out for anyone to grab. The carelessness of the courier and the office itself has put multiple resident's privacy in danger, and who know's how many other's have experienced this issue along the same route.

Big thanks to the people helping me to do my fingerprints here. Originally tried in another office but refused by the fbi; while the people in this office were super professional and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.

The actual desk workers are friendly and helpful, but the design of the workload here is terrible. There is a door to pick up packages, and regular workers aren’t able to do this task. You will wait 26 minutes (and counting) to get a package while 16 people (and counting) who enter the post office after you are served by the desk workers.

We have had missing, returned and maybe thrown away mail for several months. It has not gotten better. A reply for help via email rarely gets sent. Twice to the actual post office. First time nothing, second time the supposed manager took our numbers and ended up patting heads to get us out the door. (service never got better. She never called nor gave an explanation as to why the ongoing issues) Phone calls never get answered. Literal dozens at different times if the day. No one picks up. The amount of work, on OUR parts, to get us our mail has been enormous. Endless emails, phone calls proving we live at the correct address (same address for several years) to those trying to send us mail. We have been dealing with panic attacks, not sleeping, migraines. I had to resort to getting some important mail delivered to my work. Those came thru cuz they're routed thru the other RR office. Not all companies are able to do that though. We have had to cancel two overseas trips and three domestic vacations because our important mail gets returned or missing. No one cares in your 'service' team. Give us our mail..all of it! That's y'alls jobs. If all of our mail could get delivered by another entity then that's what I would do. This is a shameful, disgusting disgrace of a post office.
