There's even a working self serve station immediately next to it. So you can make a label after hours, but you can't drop your package. Seriously. Why is it still broken? I don't understand.

Make sure to fill out Missing Mail, so they can try to locate mail when it is delayed or lost. I took a Christmas card on Dec. 24th with two gift cards for my grandson in Arizona. I asked if it would be more secure to mail the gift cards by using a Certified Mail Receipt. I was led to believe it would be tracked, and I paid an extra $6.37. At first it tracked the letter and said it was in transit, and should arrive Dec. 29th. Later it said it was in transit, and would arrive late. After16 days of being in transit, I reported it as missing mail. It has still not arrived, and that makes me feel that a post office employee took it, since it had to be signed for and was NEVER delivered. I will NEVER trust the post office again. Next time I will use FEDEX. The people in this Post Office are extremely nice, and helpful. The letter probably left the Round Rock facility, but who drove the mail to the next facility might be the problem, or if it made it to another facility, someone must have taken it there. This complaint is about my letter that was never received, not about this particular Post Office in Round Rock.
