- LLLoriDec 17, 20255.0Here we are, in the middle of the Christmas TOTAL mayhem at all post offices in the USA. A birthday package with handmade items that I sent to the wrong address number Dec. 1 was lost in the system somewhere. Despite a trillion people trying to mail packages for Christmas, Chris at this post office went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me in finding my package. He met with me at the counter and did all he could there, promised to email and call the other post office that might still have the package, and he called me back yesterday to let me know the status! I JUST received another call from him and the package was found and delivered! He called to let me know! There are a lot of negative reviews for many post offices, and of COURSE mail gets lost and of COURSE there aren't enough workers (are there enough workers ANYWHERE?) -- but this level of service plus the overall kindness of everyone I've dealt with at the counter in this specific branch is simply top-notch. A huge THANK YOU to Chris for hunting down my package and being so proactive in contacting me!! My friend's birthday was just made!

They are always fully staffed (except on the weekends) but still the best and friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a post office. They never make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. These guys get the job done and work hard yet stay positive and friendly! Packages dropped off get scanned the same day too not 3 days later!
