However, this last time I had a huge return, about 25 pieces and an employee by the name of Teonna was working the store like the SuperWoman. As I waited in line I saw her kindly sign a notary, then she handled a print job for another customer, while still ringing up Amazon returns and drop-offs. She was very patient with me and all of my 25 packages! Never once did I feel rushed, even when a line started to form right behind me. I’m thankful that we have good UPS workers at this store because it is closest to my house and just more convenient all together!

Once I got the receipt, there was a charge of $2.95 for "email". What? I've had several things printed before and never incurred this charge.

Abbey and Cielo were very helpful and knowledgeable on the services that they provided us! While Cielo assisted my husband and I with the notary services, Abbey was super sweet with our kids and even helped us find witnesses. These ladies made our experience one to remember!
