This store doesnt dissapoint.Milly went above ,beyond to help me the other day ,it was her break time she couldve easily walked away from me ,chose to continue to help me ,she always wears a smile on her face ,willing to help others attitude which goes along way very professional . I have to say for the manager Ahmad he gets in there ,works hes not just standing around he works hard aswell .please keep these empolyees here .keep on keeping on blessings . In a world with so much pain ,hurt ,suffering people need to still hear good job often they only hear the negative sadly .

I walked in with a heavy package, and Bryce asked me to set the package on the counter so I did not have to hold it. Even though he was taking care of another customer, he was empathetic and caring towards me. When I mentioned that I needed to retrieve another package from the car, he did not hesitate to ask me if I needed help. Bryce came out to my car with me and loaded my package onto a dolly. Let me tell you I am committed to utilizing this store whenever I can. The service I received was outstanding!!!

I came in earlier today because I was told my package was at UPS, I was helped by someone named Bryce who told me it was at the other location on 79. I tried looking for the other UPS in round rock and couldn’t find it, so I called back and spoke with who I was told was the manager. He said he couldn’t help me, he couldn’t look up my order with the tracking number, and he had a line. I came in about 2 minutes after hanging up, and there was no line. He was literally in the back processing boxes maybe? There was a woman with glasses at the front who was able to look my order up by tracking number and gave me the address to the UPS access point check. I’m appreciate of her and Brice’s help, but I can’t believe the manager acted that way. Why are you answering the phone if you can’t help? Makes no sense and was extremely irritating.
