Two weeks after my husband took the package to UPS and bought the wrapping package at UPS, he receives a wire cable with a note from Nike stating they received this instead of the shoes therefore they were not going to refund him his money. I’ve been to the store twice; management does not reach out or respond for the possible Robbery within their employees. What is the handling in this company/location that we’re bringing packages to be stolen and not receive our money back? It’s been two months and they haven’t solved anything. This is outrageous, this had never happened to me. Happened in September. So if you read reviews beware because your package just might get stolen and your money too.
