  Same experience as Gio in previous review! Good Customer Service is something from the past! This guy acted like he was too good to say hi!! I was talking, he ignored me, no expression on his face. I even said thanks, nothing, so I turned as I was leaving said THANK YOU - he just nodded🙄🙄 What’s so hard about being polite!?!

  The gentleman assisting me today was everything I despise in customer service. He was dry, rude, acted like the presence of a customer was an inconvenience, wildly draining process that lasted 15 minutes to ship a piece of paper. He talked down to me about choosing the right envelope when I asked if there were any constraints. Normally UPS is my go to just won't be this store. Also not his fault but dang $20 to standard ship a document seems ridiculous.

  I have a mailbox with them and trust them to pack and ship my paintings. Never had a problem.

  Hours are wrong on Google. They close at 6 on weekdays, not 6:30. I tried calling to verify the hours at 5:45, but they answered and immediately hung up on me without saying anything.
