He saw how stressed I was, being I was so late returning my documents. He assisted me with the scanner, showed me how to upload all 140 pages to my flash drive and all with a smile. He's very polite and compassionate. H3 could have told me that he didn't have time or figure it out myself, however he was very patient and helpful then sealed all 140 pages up.
