I came in completely flustered, juggling return labels that refused to email correctly, and she was the sweetest, calmest soul ever. She didn’t rush me, didn’t get annoyed, just patiently helped me breathe through my “why is the email BLANK?” moment like a true queen. Honestly… by the end of it we were basically planning matching ugly pumpkin sweaters and a sibling Thanksgiving photoshoot. That’s how good her vibe is. She turned a stressful errand into a whole wholesome experience. FedEx, please keep her forever. And someone give her a crown or an employee of the month plaque shaped like a turkey. 10/10 — would come back just to hang out with her again.

It was too large to ship ground so they connected me with the Freight department multiple times happily. The manager also helped me with the Bill of Lading for the shipment which was confusing for me as a first time freight shipper. My new go-to store for custom boxing commission pieces!
