    Lock box key placed in another mailbox, not mine. There should be a way to verify the mailbox the key was placed in. It is an inconvenience to have to fill out claims for someone else's mistakes!!! This needs to be done better.

    I went early in the morning to pick up a package using a pink slip and also brought a couple of packages to drop off at the same time. I was greeted by a bald gentleman with tattoos on his right arm who assisted me in retrieving my package. While I appreciated his help with the pickup, I was concerned about how my drop-off packages were handled. He tossed both of them into a bin in front of me without much care. Given that the contents could have been fragile, this felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would have appreciated more careful handling to ensure the safety of my items.

    Even after reporting how horrible delivery is for our home, nothing has changed. Our packages get thrown in our ditch or they are left on top of our mailbox for the wind to blow them down the road. I don’t see how it is that we pay for what should be reliable delivery just to end up with deliveries that would have been better if a 10 year old paper boy would do. Amazon doesn’t drop or throw our packages in the ditch or set them on the mail box to be stolen or wind blown. They bring them to the front door!!! I hope that Amazon fires the USPS and never allows them to deliver another package. USPS can handle delivery of small paper envelops but that’s about it. I have witnessed this USPS mishandling over and over and it is sickening to know that a United States USPS Supervisor is aware of the pathetic package deliveries and won’t do Anything to correct the problem or have to guts to reach out to them complainant for further discussion that would make them complainant feel that something is being done about the pathetic deliveries

    Outstanding customer service! I sent in an online request to help locate my package. It was labeled as “delivered in parcel locker” but no key was provided. Within minutes of sending the request, an employee called me and guaranteed that my package would be located and brought to my front door. SAME DAY! They went above and beyond to ensure delivery. Very impressed. Thank you!!
