She was simply doing her job, and I respect that. That said, I was upset with the situation because I came in to intercept a package so it could be redirected to another location. Unfortunately, it was not sent to the correct location as intended. I’m giving four stars because the customer service itself was good, but the outcome of my request was disappointing.

Mailbox and yesterday June 20,2025 the mail person left the mailbox door wide open and he just left I took a picture of it but I don’t know who the mailbox delivery person was.

The lady behind the counter greeted me cheerfully and asked what she could do for me. I explained my problem to her. She assured me that my package would be delivered today and it was. Her supervisor, named Jackie, called me two times, once to say my package would be delivered today and again to make sure I got it. So cheers to the Rosharon post office! Fantastic job, guys! You are the best!!!
