She clearly treats customers differently based on who she feels like helping, some people get waved through with huge drop-offs, while others get turned away for no reason at all. The inconsistency is ridiculous and makes it impossible to rely on this branch. The front counter employees are great, but the supervisor is the reason this place is failing. She needs serious retraining or replacement.

Thought my child support check that I put in the outgoing mail was lost? Stopped at this location and spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation. They called me the next day and remedied the situation. Told me they had my letter containing my child support check and it would be sent out this afternoon! Awesome customer service, lifesavers!

Today is Friday evening, recipients did not receive them yet. The serving agent did ask me if I wanted 2 days express delivery for $32 dollars (3 letters) but I paid regular 1st class postage instead of express. Now I am realizing that I should have paid for two days express delivery for the same zip code. Hard to believe it takes more than 5 business days for delivering mails in same zip code.
