  The UPS employees at this location are very rude and dismissive. I have gone there for services many times , however , every time I go in for service, the UPS store’s owner’ s wife has a nasty comment to make to me . They do not deserve anyone’s business with this type of behavior . My advice is to go to a place where you will not be disrespected by the employees !!!!!

  I had a really positive experience at the UPS Store in Rosenberg. Asis Patel helped me with scanning some paperwork, and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I mentioned that the paperwork was for my mom, who was just diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, and he took a moment to offer some very kind and encouraging words. That meant more than he probably realized during such a difficult time. He made sure I was completely taken care of and was very friendly and professional. Great customer service like that truly makes a difference. Thank you, Asis.

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store! Jinesh and Asis were incredibly helpful and professional. They made my shipping process quick and stress-free, and everything was handled with care. I also got my passport photos done there, and the service was super fast and efficient. The photos came out perfect, and the whole process only took a few minutes. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and very smooth experience overall. Highly recommend this location for shipping and passport photos!

  I had an amazing experience at The UPS Store! Special thanks to Minal, Jinesh, and Asis for their outstanding customer service. They were very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. My poster, printing, and banner turned out absolutely perfect - great quality, clean design, and fast service. They really pay attention to details and make sure everything looks exactly the way you want. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs printing, posters, or banners done right.   Today was nothing short of amazing. I am here on Rosenberg finalizing details of my daughters 30th birthday. So I decided to get a 24×36 phoot printed and let me just say I was WOW'd over the quality of work. Not to mention, they know their faithful customers by first name. To me, that speaks volumes. To the entire staff, thank you for your professionalism and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning. Happy Friday!
